This low carb granola supports hormone health by helping keep blood sugar stable. Stable blood sugar is one of the most important foundations of hormone balance. When blood sugar rises and falls too quickly, cortisol and insulin can become dysregulated. This can affect energy, mood, cravings, and reproductive hormones.
Almonds and walnuts provide fiber, magnesium, and healthy fats that support insulin sensitivity and nervous system health. Walnuts, in particular, supply omega-3 fatty acids that help support estrogen balance and brain–hormone communication.
Unsweetened coconut and coconut oil provide satiating fats that help curb cravings and support adrenal health. Egg whites add clean, high-quality protein to support muscle maintenance, metabolism, and steady energy throughout the day.
Together, these ingredients create a crunchy, sugar-free granola that supports balanced blood sugar, stable cortisol, and healthy hormone signaling.
